My absolute must-haves when in Italy:
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (aged Parmesan cheese)
- Bottarga or dried fish roe is delicious on pasta or burrata
- 00 flour for making fresh pasta
- Arbequino olive oil is the numero uno among all oils
- Aged balsamic vinegar: aceto Balsamico de Modena DOP
- The lemons from Amalfi are really the best
