It's almost time: the World Cup is just around the corner and the Red Devils need to give it their all! And what's more enjoyable than watching the match with a few friends? That's right: a table full of delicious aperitif snacks to munch on in the meantime. Together with the amazing Frank Boeckx, I ventured into the kitchen to create three absolute winners for a successful football night: mini burgers, healthier buffalo chicken wings and super lazy dim sum with crispy chili oil.

The best part? All recipes are prepared in the Philips Mega Basket with steam function. Thanks to the combination of steaming and air frying, I effortlessly make various snacks with a deliciously crispy and juicy result. Frank was already completely sold. Now we just have to hope that the Red Devils stay in the tournament for a long time, so we can serve these snacks often!

Mix all ingredients for the hamburger sauce and refrigerate.

Warm the buns in the Philips Mega Basket with a little steam for 2 minutes.

Then use the AirSteam function at 200°C for 2 minutes to make the buns nice and soft. Cut them in half.

Next, bake mini burgers for 5 minutes at 200°C using the airfry mode.

Cut the cheddar cheese into suitable pieces and place on each burger.

Melt the cheese for another 1 minute at 200°C.

Spread hamburger sauce on the bottom buns.

Place the burger with melted cheese on top.

Place the top bun on top and secure with a long skewer.

Serve immediately.
