Mix all ingredients for the hamburger sauce and refrigerate.
Warm the buns in the Philips Mega Basket with a little steam for 2 minutes.
Then use the AirSteam function at 200°C for 2 minutes to make the buns nice and soft. Cut them in half.
Next, bake mini burgers for 5 minutes at 200°C using the airfry mode.
Cut the cheddar cheese into suitable pieces and place on each burger.
Melt the cheese for another 1 minute at 200°C.
Spread hamburger sauce on the bottom buns.
Place the burger with melted cheese on top.
Place the top bun on top and secure with a long skewer.
Serve immediately.

- Make the hamburger sauce a day in advance for extra flavour.
- Use quality minced meat for a juicier result.
- Optionally add gherkin, tomato or lettuce for extra crunch.

- Storage
Refrigerator: The cooked burgers and sauce can be stored separately for up to 2 days.
Freezer:The cooked burgers can be frozen for up to 3 months. Do not freeze buns and sauce. - Reheating: Reheat the burgers for 3 to 4 minutes at 180°C in the air fryer and then finish with cheese again.
