YOGURT MIXTURE
250 g full-fat quark or yogurt
125 g sour cream
1 vanilla pod
1 tablespoon agave

BLUEBERRY COMPOTE
400 g blueberries
zest and juice of 1 orange
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped

CHAI GRANOLA
250 g nuts (almond, coconut flakes, pecan, cashew, pumpkin seeds…)
180 g oats
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
0.5 teaspoon black peppercorns
0.5 teaspoon cloves
0.5 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons agave syrup

YOGURT MIXTURE
250 g full-fat quark or yogurt
125 g sour cream

250 g nuts (almond, coconut flakes, pecan, cashew, pumpkin seeds…)

2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
0.5 teaspoon black peppercorns
0.5 teaspoon cloves
0.5 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons agave syrup

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Place the blueberries in a saucepan, add the orange zest, squeeze the orange juice over it, and add the ginger. Heat and let it simmer briefly. Let cool.

Mix all the ingredients for the yogurt mixture together.

Chop larger nuts like almond, pecan, or cashew coarsely for the granola. Place the nuts with the oats and ginger in a bowl. Seeds and kernels can be added as is. Grind the peppercorns and cloves in a mortar and add them along with the rest of the spices and the agave. Mix well and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 10-15 minutes at 150 °C until golden brown and your kitchen smells like vacation. Let cool and store in a sealed jar.

Divide the compote into jars or glasses, layer the yogurt mixture on top, and finish with granola.
