1 tbsp agave syrup
50 g coconut blossom sugar (this is finer than regular sugar)
roasted nuts, seeds, and dried fruit of your choice to sprinkle on top (pistachio, cashew, pecan, sesame, hazelnut, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried strawberry …)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan (not too hot).

Mix in the cocoa powder, agave syrup, salt, and lastly the sugar. Mix well until you have a shiny mass.

Pour into a rectangular container or dish lined with kitchen foil. You can use a nut tray or chocolate mold for this. You can find plenty online.

Sprinkle with your favorite toppings.

Let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Unmold just before you are going to serve the tablet.

Tips

Serve with napkins, because melts slightly faster than regular chocolate. To lick your fingers.
