2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 avocado
1 cup diced pineapple
4 tbsp frozen blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Blend everything in a blender until you obtain a smooth mixture.

Finish off with e.g. mint, yogurt, passion fruit, banana, pineapple, puffed quinoa, puffed wheat, flaxseed, nut butter.
