1 whole grain slice of bread
butter
1 organic egg
coconut oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.

Peel the avocado and slice the flesh.

Toast the slice of bread and spread it with butter.

Place the avocado slices on the bread.

Melt some coconut oil in a pan and fry the egg until the white is set, but the yolk is still runny.

Carefully place the fried egg on the bread.

Tips

This avocadotoast is also delicious for lunch or dinner. Your child can: cut the avocado into slices with a blurry knife. Toast the bread. Spread the sandwich with butter. Lay the avocado slices on the sandwich.
