What do you need?
3 unpeeled sweet potatoes (of equal size)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1 can of chickpeas
1 tsp paprika (can also be smoked)
1 tbsp olive oil
For the dressing:
125 g yogurt
2 tbsp grated cheese
Mustard
Juice of 0.5 lemon
Salt and pepper
For the garnish:
2 young onions finely chopped
