Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity: 4 (starter)

3 unpeeled sweet potatoes (of equal size)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1 can of chickpeas
1 tsp paprika (can also be smoked)
1 tbsp olive oil

For the dressing:

125 g yogurt
2 tbsp grated cheese
Mustard
Juice of 0.5 lemon
Salt and pepper

For the garnish:

2 young onions finely chopped

3 unpeeled sweet potatoes (of equal size)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1 can of chickpeas
1 tsp paprika (can also be smoked)
1 tbsp olive oil

For the dressing:

125 g yogurt
2 tbsp grated cheese
Mustard
Juice of 0.5 lemon
Salt and pepper

For the garnish:

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the sweet potatoes in half and brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the chickpeas with olive oil and paprika powder.

Combine everything in the Airfryer and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.

Mix the yogurt and mustard together.

Grate the cheese over it and drizzle with lemon juice, pepper, and salt.

Scoop the baked sweet potatoes and chickpeas onto a plate and drizzle the dressing over it.

Finish off with finely chopped onion.
