What do you need?150 g soft butter
4 cloves of garlic
Pepper and salt from the grinder
0.5 bunch of parsley
0.5 bunch of chives
Juice of 0.5 lemon

Pepper and salt from the grinder

Juice of 0.5 lemon

Pepper and salt from the grinder
0.5 bunch of parsley
0.5 bunch of chives
Juice of 0.5 lemon
Put the butter in a large bowl,
Grate in the garlic and mix well together with the lemon juice.
Then mix in the finely chopped parsley and chives, season with pepper and salt.
Scoop into a jar or roll into a sausage in baking paper to cut slices later once firm in the fridge.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
