The mega-popular sandwich trend from Japan gets a delicious Belgian upgrade from me: a super-layered sando sandwich with ham and cheese. I use delicious hearty wholemeal bread, quality master ham, a slice of mature cheese, and plenty of fresh vegetables. But the real game changer in this recipe? Ideal as a healthy lunch, perfect for the kids' lunchboxes for school, or just to take to work.
