Ingredients

What do you need?
Quantity: 2P

Quinoa salad:
150g cooked quinoa
5cm fresh ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
pepper and sea salt
2 finely chopped spring onions
250 g hot vegetable or chicken broth

Salmon
400g salmon fillet
Pepper and salt

Vegetable skewers
4 vegetable skewers depending on the season: zucchini, asparagus, green beans, broccoli, green bell pepper, romanesco

Vinaigrette
1 tbsp finely grated lemongrass
juice of 1 lime
100 ml olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped chives

150g cooked quinoa
5cm fresh ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
pepper and sea salt
2 finely chopped spring onions
250 g hot vegetable or chicken broth

400g salmon fillet
Pepper and salt

Vegetable skewers
4 vegetable skewers depending on the season: zucchini, asparagus, green beans, broccoli, green bell pepper, romanesco


1 tbsp finely grated lemongrass
juice of 1 lime
100 ml olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped chives

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the olive oil, ginger, spring onion, and quinoa in the baking element, mix together, and bake for 10 minutes at 180Β°.

Cut all the vegetables into equal pieces and thread them onto the skewers, lightly brush with olive oil.

Season the salmon with pepper and salt and place it on the quinoa, distribute the skewers around.

Bake everything together for 10 minutes at 190Β°.

In the meantime, mix everything for the vinaigrette.

Arrange on a platter and serve together.
