What do you need?
Quantity: 3P

2 packets of quick-cook basmati rice, or regular basmati rice that you soak for 1 hour first
2 bell peppers
4 young carrots
1 pack of sugar snaps
400 ml coconut cream
400 ml water
400 g chicken thigh meat
1 tbsp yellow curry powder
4 cloves of garlic
1 sweet onion
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander seeds, finely crushed
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp chili powder

To finish with
Chopped spring onion
Mint, roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley
Greek yogurt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Pour the rice into the baking accessory.

Mix the coconut cream with the dry spices and the finely chopped onion and garlic.

Cut the chicken into small cubes and place on the rice.

Cut the carrot into thin diagonal strips, dice the bell pepper, and distribute over the chicken along with the sugar snaps and ginger.

Pour the spiced cream over everything.

Let it cook for 45 minutes at 160°C, stirring occasionally.

Scoop into bowls.

Finish with the herbs and a dollop of yogurt.
