100 g dry spicy salsiccia
100 g mozzarella or fior di latte
50 g parmesan cheese
10 g olive oil
basil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

For the preparation of the dough, take a look here first!

Slice the salsiccia into thin slices and mix the tomato sauce with 1.5 g of salt. Cut the mozzarella into julienne. Open your pizza with a bit of semolina. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza, then add salsiccia, parmesan, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil.

Bake at 400°C for 60 to 90 seconds or at 250°C for 7 minutes.
