100g ricotta
110g mozzarella or fior di latte
50g Pecorino Romano
80g tomato sauce
100g Salame Napoli
Black pepper
10g olive oil
Basil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Roll out your pizza dough on a table with some semolina, making sure to include the edges.

Mix the ricotta with a little water and spread this over one half of the dough.

Cut the salami into small pieces and distribute it over the ricotta.

Add black pepper, Pecorino, and half of the mozzarella.

Fold the calzone closed and press the edges well.

Make two small holes on top.

Spread the tomato sauce over it.

Add basil, mozzarella, and olive oil.

Bake for 60-90 seconds at 400°C or 7 minutes at 250°C.
