750 g pizza dough
300 g Italian sun-dried tomatoes
200 g mozzarella
Fresh basil
450 g burrata
300 g sage leaves
Parmigiano
1 clove of garlic
Sunflower seeds
Lemon juice

Preparation method

How do you make this?

For this pizza, we need 750 g of pizza dough.

Oil the baking tray in which you will bake the pizza.

Open the pizza and place the dough in the tray.

Drizzle some olive oil on it and place the sun-dried tomatoes on top.

Slice the mozzarella and place it on the pizza.

Bake it for about 9 minutes at 250°C.

Meanwhile, make a sage pesto: crush 300g of sage with 5g of sunflower seeds, a clove of garlic, Parmigiano, olive oil, and a bit of lemon juice.

After baking, add the pesto and the burrata on top.

Cut it into pieces and enjoy!
