450 g large shrimp tails/scampi, thawed and peeled
4 tbsp olive oil
2 zucchinis
250 ml cream
2 cloves garlic
330 ml tomato sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper

500 g spaghetti
150 g grated cheese

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Heat a non-stick pan with 2 tbsp oil, quickly sauté the shrimp on both sides until they are nicely colored, then place them on a plate.

Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and slice them, sauté the zucchini slices in the same pan with the remaining oil until they are colored. Add the tomato sauce and cream, season with pepper, salt, and cayenne, and let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the shrimp back in. Cook the pasta as indicated on the package. Toss the pasta with the sauce and finish with grated cheese.
