Caviar! If it can be a bit more... Super festive and especially so delicious! My version of the classic Moscow potato, delightful!
4 steamed baby potatoes, cooled
50 g Belgian Caviar (Royal Belgian Caviar)
2 tbsp sour cream
A few sprigs of dill
4 steamed baby potatoes, cooled
50 g Belgian Caviar (Royal Belgian Caviar)
2 tbsp sour cream
A few sprigs of dill
Cut the baby potatoes in half, spread some sour cream on them and place them on a deep plate.
If they tilt a bit, cut a very thin slice off the bottom.
Cover the bottom of the plate with ice.
You can crush ice cubes by wrapping them in a towel and hitting them with a rolling pin.
Open the jar of caviar and place it on the ice.
Set it on the table and serve yourself by placing a spoonful of caviar on the baby potatoes and finishing with a sprig of dill.
Pure luxury, the perfect flavor combination, enjoy the moment!
