Preparation method

How do you make this?

Meatloaf: Sauté the onion in olive oil, let it cool.

Put the minced meat and all other ingredients in a bowl with the sautéed onion.

Shape into a nice loaf, place in a baking dish lined with baking paper, less washing up ;)

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 35-40 min.

Place the baby potatoes in a wide dish on baking paper and smash them one by one.

Drizzle olive oil over them and put them in the oven, let them bake for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the compote.

Cut the plums into cubes, put them in a pot with a lid along with a splash of water, let simmer for 5 minutes under the lid, add the apple compote, and let simmer for another 5 minutes.

Chop the fresh herbs finely.

When the meatloaf and baby potatoes are ready, slice the meatloaf into thick centimeter slices with a bread knife, season the baby potatoes with pepper from the mill and fleur de sel, and sprinkle the fresh herbs over them.

Time to call your kids to the table and serve up!
