1 small cauliflower
butter
1 bunch of asparagus (green or white)
olive oil
6 slices of ham
salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

A simple but so delicious dish. And your child gets plenty of vegetables thanks to the cauliflower and asparagus!

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Cook or steam the potatoes with the cauliflower florets until tender. Drain.

Add a knob of butter and mash the potatoes and cauliflower.

Cut the asparagus in half and sauté them in olive oil.

Remove the rind from the ham.

For your baby
Cut 1 slice of ham into fine strips and mix them into 50 g of mash.

For your partner and yourself
Season the rest of the mash with salt and serve it on the plate. Add the asparagus. Make rolls from the remaining ham and arrange them alongside.

Tips

Green asparagus does not have to be peeled, white asparagus is. Also nice with a piece of fish or sausage instead of ham, for everyone. If your stew is too dry, add some broth.
