Ingredients

250 ml water
juice of 1 orange
4-6 cl rum
1 tablespoon honey
2 pieces star anise
5 slices of ginger
1 bag of black tea
4 cardamom pods

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Place a saucepan on the heat with the water, two large pieces of orange peel zest and the juice, the tea, and the spices. Bring to a brief boil.

Turn off the heat and add the rum and honey.

Remove the tea bag and pour into a glass.

Finish off with the garnishes (the star anise, ginger, and cardamom).
