2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp warm water
2 glasses of milk
4 cl Amaretto
Ice cubes

Preparation method

Put the coconut blossom sugar, instant coffee, and warm water in a mixing bowl.

Mix everything with a hand mixer until you get coffee clouds.

Fill your glass with ice cubes, then fill with milk and Amaretto.

Sift some cocoa powder over it and add the coffee clouds.

Finish off with a boudoir cookie.
