Aperol is a super popular aperitif to toast with! For Christmas, I made an extra festive version with cranberries and rosemary.

15 ml cava
10 ml tonic
1 bunch of red berries
1 slice of orange
1 sprig of rosemary

Preparation method

How do you make this?

The day before, you will fill your ice cube trays, half with cranberry juice and the other half with water. In the water, you will see the decoration nicely placed, so add cranberries or red currants with sprigs of rosemary, and let them freeze in the freezer.

In a large balloon glass, pour the Aperol, tonic, and cava.

For each glass, add 2 cranberry juice ice cubes and also a few ice cubes with berries and rosemary.

Add another slice of orange, a sprig of rosemary, and a straw, let’s get that party started!
