Preparation method

How do you make this?

Slice the Brazil nuts and halve the pistachios.

Toast the nuts in a dry pan until they are nicely golden brown.

Slice the date.

Put a scoop of ice cream in a glass.

Pour the espresso over it.

Sprinkle with the nuts.

Tips

Finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
