1 clove of garlic
1 red chili
2 lime zests of 1 to 4 cm
1 tbsp olive oil
120 g capellini
2 thin slices of raw ham (Ganda, Parma…)
40 g Parmesan cheese (or more)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

After a long night of dancing, my body just needs something hearty and really spicy to recover. My hangover pasta is becoming legendary! Not too much work and delicious; a salad just wouldn't be enough!

Finely chop the garlic and the chili.

Sauté the lime, garlic, and chili on a very low heat in a tablespoon of olive oil.

Cook the pasta al dente.

Toss the mixture with the hot pasta and add the ham and cheese last.

Tips

This tastes even better in the seat. And then again a nap ...
