You can easily make these mini pumpkin pizzas yourself with pizza dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and some kitchen twine, a fun recipe for the kids!

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Roll out the dough ball thinly with some flour or open the pizza sheet. Cut out circles of 10 cm with a glass or stainless steel cutter, using some flour if it sticks too much.
Spoon a teaspoon of pesto onto each circle of dough, add a mozzarella ball and a basil leaf. Fold the sides up and make sure all the edges are well sealed. Take a piece of twine and wrap it around 3 times, pulling lightly to create indentations. You don't need to make a knot, just laying the strings at the bottom is enough. Brush with the beaten egg and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Let cool slightly and remove the twine. Finish with a small basil leaf and serve warm. (You can also make them in advance and reheat before serving.)
