You can easily slide the thin edge under the pizza base and the perforations ensure a perfectly baked pizza every time, because steam can quickly evaporate and excess flour falls from the pizza crust. The super smooth ridges and perforations together ensure easy sliding and an optimal air flow under the bottom - which makes misery with paste dough a thing of the past. The pizza shep is made of aluminum and is therefore easy to handle weight. The durable anodized coating ensures increased corrosion resistance and a hyperglad surface. The pizza shep is not suitable for the dishwasher, after use, clean it with some warm water and sop.
