Ingredients

What do you need?

Salad
1 green lettuce
0.5 bunch of chives
0.5 bunch of parsley
500 g small chicken breasts or strips
1 jar of black olives
4 large tomatoes
1 red onion
4 small cucumbers, or 1 large
A few sprigs of fresh oregano
Pepper and salt
1 knob of butter

Feta dressing
200 g feta
6 tbsp soft olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp water
Pepper from the mill

0.5 bunch of chives
0.5 bunch of parsley
500 g small chicken breasts or strips

200 g feta
6 tbsp soft olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp water

Preparation method

Wash the lettuce, tear it into pieces and mix with the chopped chives and parsley.

Stir the olive oil, lemon juice, and water into the feta and mix until it is creamy and liquid. Season with pepper and salt.

Cut the cucumber, onion, and tomatoes into cubes or slices.

Fry the chicken in the butter, season with pepper and salt, and cut it into strips.

Arrange the warm chicken and vegetables over the lettuce.

Season with oregano, and pour the olives and feta sauce over it.

Tips

  • You can also make this lettuce vegetarian if you replace the chicken with marinated tofure straps.
