Quantity: 10 small

1 cucumber
125 ml water
40 g agave syrup (or 50 g sugar)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces.

Boil the water with the agave syrup and then let the water cool down.

Put everything in a blender and mix.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place them in the freezer.

Insert a stick when they are half frozen.
