Beat the butter fluffy and white with the sugar and vanilla seeds. (can be done with a whisk or mixer)
Alternately stir in half of the egg white and flour and mix well together.
Add the rest of the egg white and flour and continue to beat until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Put in a piping bag with a serrated nozzle, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pipe a dot of dough on the paper, place a stick on top and pipe a mustache on it, continue with the rest of the dough.
Bake for 15 min at 190°C.
Let cool and dip in the melted chocolate, optionally decorate with sprinkles.
Place in the refrigerator for a while so the chocolate can set.
