Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the 3 chocolates separately, each in a bowl. Either in a water bath or in the microwave, always for 30 seconds and keep mixing well, as chocolate burns quickly.

Place a baking paper on a tray that fits in the fridge. Now make the bases to set the bowls on. Pour or scoop about 2 to 3 tablespoons of chocolate per base onto the paper and spread it out a bit.

Make 4, place them in the fridge. Prepare glasses to set the balloons, inflate your balloons.

Make swirls with milk chocolate and white chocolate on the dark chocolate, dip the balloons in halfway, let some drip off and place them upside down on the glass. Repeat this with 8 balloons.

Put everything in the fridge for at least 1h30. Take the base out and add some more chocolate to stick the bowls on. Pop the balloons, quite exciting, place the bowls on top and let them set again for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Fill to your heart's content and optionally finish with powdered sugar. Now that's a party!
