What do you need?
Quantity: 1 bar

1 handful of roasted hazelnuts
250 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
80 g milk chocolate (min. 50% cocoa)
1 teaspoon salt flakes
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon white or black sesame seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. (If using the microwave, stir regularly!) Cut the hazelnuts in half.

Pour the dark chocolate onto parchment paper and spread it evenly into a bar shape. Don't make it too thin.

Pour the milk chocolate on top and create some swirls, or nice curls.

Sprinkle the hazelnuts, salt flakes, chili, and sesame seeds on top. Let it set in the fridge for 1 hour.

Store in a closed container in the fridge and guard it with your life, hahahaha!
