Cut the meat into cubes, place in a bowl and mix in 2 teaspoons of five spice, season with pepper and salt, mix well and then add the flour. Heat your pan over fire with some ghee, shake off excess flour and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown, until fully cooked and colored, place on a plate, set aside. Stir together soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey.
Slice garlic, onion, and red chili into thin slices and briefly sautรฉ vigorously in a bit of ghee in the same pan, add to the fried chicken. Add a bit of ghee to the pan and wok the broccolini briefly and vigorously for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with the sauce, let it reduce a bit and add the fried chicken and vegetables back in, mix everything well together and serve with or without rice.
