500 g red snapper fillet
1 avocado diced
juice + zest of 2 limes
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp chili powder or black pepper
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp finely chopped red onion
1 clove garlic grated
3 tbsp pineapple brunoise
1 bunch coriander finely chopped
1 pinch of salt

Preparation method

Cut the onion, mango, pineapple, and avocado into cubes.

Mix in the lime and lemon juice with salt and chili powder or pepper.

Stir in the garlic, ginger, coriander, and onion.

Remove the skin from the fish fillet. Cut it into cubes and mix everything together.
