Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Remove the core from the apples with an apple corer and slice into 1 cm thick slices. Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes. Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces of 2 to 3 cm.
Press the sausage in the middle between your thumb and index finger and twist it around itself to form smaller sausages, cut them with scissors. Distribute everything in a large baking dish.
Melt butter in a saucepan or in the microwave together with the thyme and laurel, and brush over the entire dish. Season with pepper and salt and bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
Pierce the potatoes to see if they are cooked, then the rest is definitely cooked as well. Enjoy!
