250g hand-peeled North Sea shrimp

Enjoy a classic dish with this easy recipe for baked cod, white wine sauce, and North Sea shrimp.

250g hand-peeled North Sea shrimp
Pepper and salt to taste

250g hand-peeled North Sea shrimp

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Season the cod fillets with pepper and salt.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the cod for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the fillets in a baking dish, bake for another 3 minutes in the oven.
Heat the white wine sauce, pour around the fish, and sprinkle with shrimp. Serve immediately.
Experiment with different types of fish to bring variation to the dish. Serve with potato puree or stoemp and seasonal vegetables for a complete meal.
