What do you need?
Quinoa salad:
150 g cooked quinoa
1 tbsp grated ginger
salt and pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
pepper and sea salt
2 finely chopped spring onions
250 g warm vegetable or chicken broth
400g salmon fillet, pepper, salt
4 vegetable skewers according to the season:
zucchini, asparagus, green beans, broccoli, green bell pepper, romanesco
For the vinaigrette:
1 tbsp finely grated lemongrass
juice of 1 lime
100 ml olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
