Combine the milk and loose-leaf Earl Grey tea in a sealable container or bottle. Let this steep overnight (8-12 hours) in the refrigerator.
The next day, strain the milk through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove the tea leaves.
Pour the Earl Grey milk into your milk frother and steam until frothy.
In the meantime, make one espresso per person.
Pour the steamed Earl Grey milk into a cup and slowly add the espresso.
Sweeten to taste with honey, agave or date syrup.
If desired, finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
Serve immediately, or pour the infusion over ice cubes for an iced Dirty Earl Grey Latte.
