Sandwich:
Roll the 2 slices of bread flat with a rolling pin (to make it easier to roll the bread later). Cut off the crusts. Spread the sandwich with fresh cheese. Peel the cucumber and carrot, first cut into thin slices, then into thin sticks. Cut sticks from the slice of young cheese. Place some sticks of cheese, carrot, and cucumber at the end of the cheese slice (cover the entire width), roll it up completely, and cut into 2 or 3 rolls (keep in mind the size of your lunchbox, so they stay together).
Compote: Peel the kiwi and banana. Cut into pieces. Mash everything into a smooth mixture and mix with orange juice. Place in a squeeze bag or in a jar with a lid.
Quinoa bar: Mix the honey and nut butter into the melted chocolate. Stir in the puffed quinoa until you get a homogeneous mass. Press into a rectangular or square mold lined with baking paper or plastic wrap. Press down well until the top is nice and even, aiming for about 3 cm thickness in your mold. Let it set for 30 minutes, then cut into squares or bars. You can prepare this together with your kids during the week. They will love to help, and you will have a perfect snack during the week.
Drink cup: Wash the lemon and mint. Cut 1 slice of lemon. Place in the drink bottle and fill with water.
Tips
Try to use a bread box where you can put everything in so that everything stays in place if your capon swings the bookbag on the floor.
