200 g almond flour
45 g fine coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp fleur de sel
1 tsp vanilla essence
60 ml melted coconut oil, not warm
60 ml maple syrup
1 handful of dark chocolate chips min 70%

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Mix the syrup into the coconut oil with the vanilla essence and add this mixture to the dry ingredients, mix until everything is combined.

You can scoop the dough into even portions with an ice cream scoop, press the dough balls firmly between 2 hands, it is normal for it to crumble a bit.

Shape cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 175°C.

Let cool for a moment and enjoy.
