Ingredients

What do you need?
Quantity: 2P

For the rim:
0.5 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

150 ml Cointreau
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp raspberry coulis
2 bottles of ginger beer

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the chili pepper with the sugar in a mortar or blender until the chili is finely powdered. Sprinkle on a small flat plate.

Cut the lime in half, run the rim of your champagne coupe over the lime, and then dip it in the chili sugar.

Mix the Cointreau, the coulis, and the lime juice together.

Place an ice ball in the coupes and distribute the mixture.

Top off with the ginger beer.
