This spicy infusion combines the zesty power of fresh ginger with the golden wonder powder turmeric, a sprig of fragrant thyme, fresh lemon juice, and a tiny dried chili pepper to warm things up nicely. A generous spoonful of honey for sweetness and voila!

1 sprig of thyme
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp turmeric powder
dried chili pepper
2 cm ginger
boiling water
1 tsp honey

Put the thyme, lemon juice, turmeric powder, and chili pepper in your cup.

Peel 2 cm of ginger, slice it thinly, and add it.

Pour boiling water over it.

Stir in honey to taste just before drinking.
