500 g seedless or peeled watermelon
3 tablespoons soft olive oil
3 tablespoons quality soy sauce
2 cm ginger in fine strips
black pepper from the mill
fleur de sel

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the tuna and watermelon into equal pieces.

Place them on a chilled plate and drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce, and sprinkle the ginger on top.

Finish off with pepper and salt.
