1 pack of whole grain tortilla wraps

vegetarian minced meat:
500 g white mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp curry powder

1 large Jonagold apple
150 g Chester cheese

2 large sweet onions
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

4 thick carrots
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder

500 g spinach
2 tbsp soaked mixed raisins
1 knob of butter
pepper and salt

yogurt-herb sauce:
250 g Greek yogurt
0.5 bunch parsley
1 bunch coriander
pepper and salt
1 tsp honey

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the carrots, cut in half and again in 2, mix all the ingredients underneath, arrange open on a baking sheet with baking paper, leave for 15 to 20 minutes toast at 200 °.

Let the spinach shrink in the knob of butter, season and stir the raisins.

Cut the mushrooms into fine cubes, bake in butter and season.

Peel and chop onion into slices, stew in butter with honey, caramelize over a low heat under the lid, extinguish with vinegar.

Do everything for the herb sauce in high measuring cup and mix finely.

Heat the tortillas in the oven.
