4 slices of brown seeded bread
1 knob of butter
2 white sausages
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 jar of onion jam
¼ bunch of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Remove the skin from the white sausages and slice them into rounds.

Heat a knob of butter in a pan and fry the slices of white sausage until golden brown on both sides.

Cut the slices of bread in half and toast them until crispy.

Spread a little mustard on the toasts.

Distribute the fried white sausage over the toasts.

Add a bit of onion jam on top of the sausage.

Garnish with finely chopped flat-leaf parsley.

Serve immediately.

Tips

Use a toaster or grill pan to get the sandwiches crispy. Experiment with different types of mustard for a unique taste variation. These snacks are perfect for a drink or as a starter with a dinner.
