Thumbs up! How cool are these homemade cheese cookies? Perfect as a snack in the lunchbox

Ingredients

What do you need?
Quantity:

200 g spelt flour
a pinch of salt and pepper
80 g cold butter in cubes
80 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp paprika powder

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Mix until everything starts to come together.

Form a flat ball and let it chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. You can also keep part of it in the freezer for later.

Preheat the oven to 150 °C.

Roll out the dough to 3 mm thick and cut out with a hand shape.

Fold the 4 middle fingers inward. Thumbs up!

Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes. They should not color, but should be baked through.

Who deserves a thumbs up? And there should definitely be a dip like my 'friendly look sauce dip' or 'red bean hummus'.
