Cut the orange in half and rub the rim of your mug or glass with it. Then dip the rim in chipotle salt for a smoky touch, or a mixture of sugar and chipotle powder.
Place the chai tea mixture and chili flakes in a tea bag or tea egg and place this in your mug with the lemon wedge, ginger, and honey.
Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bag.
Pour in the cranberry chipotle mix and stir well.
Serve immediately, steaming hot and with a warm blanket around you 😊

              - No chipotle salt in the house? Mix coarse sea salt with a pinch of smoked paprika powder. 
 - You can also replace salt with sugar 
 - Another honey is also possible.
