Enjoy this summery Strawberry Chipotle Mojito with strawberries and a smoky touch of cranberry chipotle.

0.5 lime
2 sprigs of mint + extra sprig for garnish
6 strawberries
1 tsp brown sugar
5 cl rum
Sparkling water
4 ml n’sane cranberry chipotle
Crushed ice
Sturdy large glass

Cut the lime into four wedges. Remove the mint leaves from the sprigs and remove the crowns from the strawberries.

Put the lime, mint leaves, strawberries, and brown sugar in the glass. Muddle everything well with a muddler to release the flavors.

Add the rum and the n’sane cranberry chipotle.

Fill the glass with crushed ice and top off with sparkling water. Stir everything well together.

Garnish the cocktail with an extra strawberry and a sprig of mint.

Tips
