Spicy Halloween hummus made from pumpkin

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp chili flakes

Sesame seeds/pumpkin seeds
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces.
Place the pieces on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with about 3 tbsp olive oil, pepper and salt, and chili flakes.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200ยฐC until tender and colored.
Let cool slightly.
Put the pieces in a food processor with lemon, garlic, and tahini.
Spread in a bowl and finish with fresh herbs, olive oil, seeds, and nuts.
Serve with vegetables in bars, crackers or on bread with roasted vegetables.
