0.5 melon Cavaillon
0.5 honey melon
1 lemon, washed
2 ripe oranges
4 tsp honey
4 handfuls of blue grapes
A few sprigs of mint
1 bottle of cava

Ice cubes
Large round glasses
Melon scoop to make balls

Cut the melons in half and scoop out nice round balls, divide them into the glasses. Cut the lemon into thin slices and add them, then add the honey, cold orange juice, and grapes to each glass.

Chill the glasses for half an hour if desired, then it will be really nice and fresh. Add ice cubes and 2 sprigs of mint to the glass and top off with cava. Serve immediately!

Tips

You can fill the glasses in advance with the garnishes and keep it cool in a fridge. If you want to serve, add the mint branches and serve the cava. You can also use a spumant or champagne, everything that bubbles is fine 😉
