1 tsp salt
110 gr. hard butter in small pieces
1 tsp raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp ice water

TOPPING:
All jams you want 😊 (or leftovers)

ROASTED FRUIT:
Fruit of your choice
Apples, pears, apricots …
A few sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp cinnamon

GLOSS:
1 yolk
Splash of milk

GARNISH:
Half whipped cream with some powdered sugar

Preparation method

How do you make this?
