Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 140 ยฐC.

Mix all the ingredients well with a spatula until you get a sticky mass. You donโ€™t need to whip the egg whites!

If you use regular sugar, let the bowl rest for a few minutes until the sugar has melted. If the 'dough' is too runny, add some extra sesame seeds until everything sticks together well again.

Place a piece of baking paper on the baking sheet โ€“ the cookies stick! โ€“ form mounds with a tablespoon and flatten them to half a centimeter high.

If you want nice round cookies, put the dough in a cookie cutter of 5 to 7 cm in diameter and press down well each time.

Bake for 18 minutes, until they are golden brown.
